International Museums on the air Weekend

An Amateur Radio Special Event Taking Place on the Weekends of
17th – 18th and 24th – 25th June

GARC will be taking part in the Museums on the air weekends at Cranwell Aviation Heritage Centre, using the special event callsign GB2CAM (qrz.com)

Cranwell Aviation Heritage Museum is a small museum located just south of RAF College Cranwell adjacent to the A17 road. It was established in 1992 by a group of enthusiasts with much assistance from the College itself and funding from both County and District Councils.

The Musem is housed in former farm buildings adjacent to Heath Farm, North Rauceby. It is staffed by a manager provided by North Kesteven District Council and a team of volunteers.

Entry to Cranwell Aviation Heritage Museum is free.
