Constructional Evening – 2nd April 2019

Lee Aldridge G4EJB (Starting Over series in Practical Wireless) will be hosting a constructional evening at Grantham Amateur Radio Club on 2nd April 19:30 – 20:00 Start.
The construction project will consist of building a simple 12V to 9V regulator board.

All components and board included, and the circuit design will be briefly discussed.
Constructional methods will be demonstrated.
Help will be on hand to assist with the construction and testing of the boards.

There will be 10 places available for the evening and will be allocated on a preferential basis to club members who are studying for the Foundation/Intermediate or already licenced at this level. Non-members are also welcome if there are spaces left. So please let us know a.s.a.p. if you would like to attend.

Please bring:

  • Your soldering iron
  • Solder
  • Mini-pliers
  • Snipe-nose pliers
  • Side cutters
  • Tweezers
  • Any magnifier you think might be useful.
